Horatio brings Hamlet to see King Hamlet’s ghost. The ghost tells Hamlet that Claudius is the person who killed him when he was sleeping in the garden and asks Hamlet to avenge him before departing.
Note: The ghost makes its appearance via a video monitor, and Hamlet is seen holding a camcorder throughout most of the play. less
